This was a perfect place for a perfect vacation. The suite is beautiful with a stunning view of Cruz Bay. This suite is beautifully decorated and equipped with flat screens in three seperate rooms to accomodate families during any “down time” you may have. The location is absolutely ideal with dozens of restaurants, bars and shopping literally steps away from the resort. We had originally planned on renting a home on the island, needless to say we are thrilled to have selected the Grande Bay. We wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else on the Island. Ed

Welcome to Seaside Properties! We are Tracy and Mike (better known as Juice) and we have been owners at Grande Bay since 2010 when we purchased our suite, Seaside.

As annual visitors to St. John since 2002, our trips became more and more frequent and longer each time. We decided to invest in the island we love and now own our own home and live full time in Coral Bay with our cocker spaniel, Thomas! We feel blessed to have the opportunity to host you in one of our suites and take pride in the large number of repeat guests that stay with us time and time again.

We enjoy all that the island has to offer and continue to be in awe of the stunning beaches, overlooks, activities and friendly people. Come stay in one of our suites soon and experience all that St. John has to offer.
