Hello from the Owners

Welcome to Seaside Properties! We are Tracy and Mike (better known as Juice) and we have been annual visitors to St. John since 2002. In 2010, as our annual visits became more and more frequent, we purchased our Seaside Suite at Grande Bay Resort.

Soon we decided that we wanted to try island life and purchased our home, Into the Mystic. We have lived full time in Coral Bay since 2019! We feel blessed to have the opportunity to host you in our suites and we take pride in the large number of repeat guests that stay with us time and time again.

We enjoy all that the island has to offer and continue to be in awe of the stunning beaches, overlooks, activities and friendly people. Come stay in our suites soon and experience all that St. John has to offer.
