Welcome to Seaside Properties at Grande Bay Resort

Thank you for visiting our BRAND NEW Seaside Properties website!

We have created this site to assist our guests in reserving one of our beautiful suites direct from us, the owners. Our goal is to begin the process of moving away from the big listing sites which charge you money just to book our suites. We would prefer you use that money for a nice dinner, some cold beverages or a sail in the waters surrounding St. John.

We take pride in our suites and want you to have the best experience possible from beginning to end as you visit St. John. Please take a look around our website and let us know what you think.

Welcome to Seaside Properties! We are Tracy and Mike (better known as Juice) and we have been owners at Grande Bay since 2010 when we purchased our suite, Seaside.

As annual visitors to St. John since 2002, our trips became more and more frequent and longer each time. We decided to invest in the island we love and now own our own home and live full time in Coral Bay with our cocker spaniel, Thomas! We feel blessed to have the opportunity to host you in one of our suites and take pride in the large number of repeat guests that stay with us time and time again.

We enjoy all that the island has to offer and continue to be in awe of the stunning beaches, overlooks, activities and friendly people. Come stay in one of our suites soon and experience all that St. John has to offer.
